Kassa Nova in Oklahoma City

Kassa Nova (soon to be Kassa Casey) is the Director of Nursing at Kingston Residence of Sylvania. She started at Kingston in 2015, as a memory care program director. She became the ADON in 2019 and DON in 2022. She has 13 years of experience as an RN, with the majority of her experience being in long-term care and hospice. She holds a Masters Degree in nursing education and has a passion for teaching. Kassa values the rewarding career of enhancing the quality of life of the aging population and especially enjoys caring for individuals with memory impairment. She also enjoys teaching employees how to provide the best possible care to our residents.  In her spare time, Kassa enjoys spending time with her family and any outdoor activities in warm weather.
